- Developing and executing innovative content strategies across all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Planning, creating and scheduling engaging content such as posts, stories and campaigns.
- Monitoring and analysing social media performance against KPIs, creating reports and deriving recommendations to optimise strategies.
- Building and nurturing a strong community through active community management and direct interaction with followers.
- Working with influencers and other partners to extend our reach and amplify our campaigns.
- Professional experience as a social media manager or in a comparable position.
- Excellent knowledge of current social media trends, best practices and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills and very good German and English.
